Our program is structured to provide one day or two day session of 7 hours duration each day, interactive training format in which the participants learn to produce effective results on given subjects.
We do classroom setting aided by PowerPoint presentation, Video, Role play, mock calls and trainer led coaching & practice. We do inbound training as well as outbound training as per the model / corporate requirements.
